Flip through the pages of any Fall fashion magazine and you are sure to see one prominent pattern: plaid. We’ve been spotting this trend on major celebrities as well as the streets and we’re not alone. Who What Wear, a favorite destination for fashion know-how, featured a trend report titled plaid pieces to highlight the coveted checkered print and this season the tartan style print is gracing new pieces such as coats, capes, high-waisted shorts and pants, but swimwear certainly wasn’t forgotten.
This timeless trend carries through the years and mixes well with any fashionista’s wardrobe.
